Summer camp for beginner dancers (children and teens)

Skillzoo Dance School is organizing its first summer camp: Skillzoo Summer Camp!

We thought that instead of spending two months of summer without giving classes, we could combine passion with a great vacation, dance with relaxation, and the whole thing would give us a week of guaranteed madness!

SKILLZOO SUMMER CAMP will take place from Monday July 8 to Friday July 12, 2024.

The idea is simple: get together every day for a week during the summer season to :

dance, have fun, share great moments and enjoy the summer!

What could be better than a summer dance camp?

But what exactly do we have planned for you?

SKILLZOO SUMMER CAMP will focus mainly on breakdance workshops.

Of course, this summer camp is aimed at breakers, but also at dancers of all categories !

Break workshops will focus on specific technical themes such as Top rock, Footwork, Freeze, Power moves and descents.

Other workshops tackle broader themes such as the Ido Portal method, musicality, mobility, battles and so on.

So if you're taking House, Hip-hop and/or Pop classes, you're absolutely welcome!

In addition to these dance workshops, we've got some really cool activities planned for you!

You'll be able to learn about different graffiti techniques, and develop your movement skills through Parkour...

Relaxation is also on the agenda to round off the week (yes, yes, that's just as important), with a yoga workshop and a trip to the lake.

This summer camp is open to all dancers (aged 7 and over), whether enrolled at Skillzoo Dance School or not.

As for the meeting place, every morning we'll meet at the Salle des Marmousets from 9 am. The majority of activities will take place in Ferney-Voltaire, and all will be supervised by the school's teachers. The day ends at around 4.30 p.m./5 p.m., when you can meet your children at the Salle des Marmousets.

SKILLZOO SUMMER CAMP promises to be an enriching experience on both the dance and human levels, and like all our events, we're already looking forward to sharing these moments with you!

From Monday 8 to Friday 12 July 2024 between 9 am and 4.30 pm.

The price includes all activities scheduled during the week, as well as lunch. (Please let us know if your child has any food allergies or intolerances). A discount is applied if several children from the same family register.
