Or sauvage – honey
As beekeepers, we move our hives through the valleys of the Ain and the Jura, following the seasons and the blooming cycles, to produce a variety of honeys that we extract and bottle ourselves.
We are a small family-run operation based in the village of Lélex, nestled at an elevation of 900 meters, where we produce creamy spring honey, acacia honey, mountain honeydew honey, and fir honey… All of our apiaries are located in the wild, unspoiled natural surroundings of the Haut-Jura Natural Park, and in the heart of the Joux Forest for the fir honey.
