From artisanal production to direct sales, discover local cheeses that combine tradition and authenticity.
The cheese dairy opens its doors to a selection of products, including Bleu de Gex (A.O.P. blue-veined cheese), Comté, white cheeses and other local products. An open-access gallery gives visitors the chance to explore the various stages of production in the workshops.
