The Buckaroo reimagines the steakhouse experience in a warm, Western-inspired setting, designed around the owners’ passion for the equestrian world.
The menu, which changes according to the chefs’ current inspirations, features entirely homemade dishes prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Carefully selected meats, cheeses from the valley, and aromatic herbs come together to create elegant, approachable, and indulgent dishes.
Opening in the summer of 2026, Le Buckaroo is making its debut in Mijoux with hearty, on-site cuisine inspired by North American flavors. A new spot to discover in the heart of the resort.
