Production and sale of cheeses

The cheese dairy welcomes you and offers Bleu de Gex (A.O.P. blue cheese), Comté, butter and white cheese, as well as local products.
There's also an open gallery where you can discover the various stages of production in the workshops (the cheese-makers are on duty in the mornings).

Sustainable tourism: Our products are made from the milk of a dozen local producers.


From 02/01 to 31/12/2024
Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6.30 pm. On Sunday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Closed exceptionally on December 25th.
