Manufacture and sale of cheeses: Bleu de Gex (blue-veined A.O.P. cheese), Comté, Tomme, raclette, butter and white cheeses.
Shop open daily.

You will experience the steps of the cheese making process from a gallery overlooking the workshops and then watch the video recounting the history and the different stages of cheese making.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 9.30 am and 12 pm and between 3 pm and 6 pm.
Closed on Monday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
