Production and sale of cheeses: Bleu de Gex (A.O.P. blue-veined cheese), Comté, butter and white cheeses. Sale of local products.
You'll also be able to see the various stages of production from a gallery overlooking our workshops (a short video can be shown on request). We advise you to come as early as possible, in the morning, to see our cheesemakers in action. However, this gallery is open to the public during store opening hours. Please contact us on 04 50 56 91 67 to book a group visit (more than 15 people).
Sustainable tourism: Our products are made from the milk of a dozen local producers; the cheese dairy employs around fifteen people who live in the valley.

Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6.30 pm. On Sunday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Closed exceptionally on December 25th.
