Shop open daily.

You will experience the steps of the cheese making process from a gallery overlooking the workshops and then watch the video recounting the history and the different stages of cheese making.

Opening hours on Wednesday between 9.30 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6.30 pm. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6.30 pm. On Sunday between 8.30 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Closed Monday and Tuesday.
