Golf Domaine de Gonville
The golf, created in 1989, is located at the foot of the French Jura, on the outskirts of the village. Friendly and family, it integrates all levels of games and all ages.
Golf of 18 holes of 4 797 m – Par 6, practice of 28 posts among which 8 covered, putting-green, chipping-green.
The course, located at the foot of the highest peaks of the Haute Chaîne du Jura, offers a rather flat profile. The greens, small, are all difficulties that must be negotiated at best, as they are placed in places far from being directly accessible.
Functional and clear club house, with quality restaurant (terrace). Free access but paid activity. Created in 1989, the Domaine de Gonville Golf Club located at the foot of the French Jura, on the outskirts of the village of Saint Jean de Gonville, had 9 holes.
A few years later, at the request of the members and financed by them, the 18 holes was born.
Characterized by its ease for beginners and average players, it does not become less difficult to score for good players.
