La Villa Collongeoise

Ideally located 20 minutes from Cern and Geneva, this family home offers you the opportunity to discover the Haut Jura Regional Natural Park and explore the treasures of Fort l'Ecluse, a listed site built on the mountainside. Your stay will also be punctuated by walks around Collonges, with its many marked trails. Put on your sneakers and set off to discover hiking, nature reserves, historic buildings, local products and much more. Villa Collongeoise is a contemporary residence which seduces with its refined design embellished with bold notes. A perfect balance between modernity and cozy comfort. The hardest part will be determining the perfect location.
Private outdoor spaces. Do you opt for the secure swimming pool? The private terrace in the room with its spa? You choose ! The entrance to the cottage is via a hall, with access to the garage equipped with electric charging but also for storing bicycles, motorcycles or snow equipment.
On the 1st: large living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room area with wood stove. Separate WC. Laundry room. The first of 6 bedrooms, consisting of a sofa for two people and a shower.
On the half level: two bedrooms each with a 160*200 bed.
Another effort: two other bedrooms including one bedroom with two single beds (90*200) and 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (90*200) and children’s play area. The 6th bedroom has a single 200*200 bed, dressing room and bathroom with WC. Direct access to the private terrace equipped with a spa. Bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Outdoor surveillance camera only. 3 parking spaces, heat pump heating. Wood included. The advantage of this gîte: one pet accepted and private swimming pool (6m x 3m, 1.40m)
The filling of the swimming pool and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of the “drought” decrees of the Ain prefecture.
