The route is only accessible when there is snow.
From the tennis courts, cross the road and follow it on the right to reach the start of the trail. Follow the Valserine south, pass the fitness trail, leave the housing development and reach a large clearing.
(1) At the intersection, continue straight ahead across the clearing towards La Platière.
(2) At La Platière, turn right (west) to cross the bridge.
(3) On the other side, turn left (south) and follow the right bank of the Valserine. Pass in front of the building known as “Air France,” go around the water treatment plant, then continue on the hiking trail to the left until you reach a crossroads.
(4) Keep left and follow the marked trail, enjoying the view of the valley, until you reach the Niaizet bridge.
(5) The multi-activity trail ends here. The hiking trails continue, but you must turn back at this point to return to the crossroads before the Platière bridge.
(3) From there, continue along the Valserine to form a loop, almost to the Fruitière bridge.
(6) Then return to the Platière bridge along the Niaizet road, rejoin the original route and turn right at the bridge.
(3) Cross the bridge again, this time in the opposite direction to the outward journey, to reach La Platière.
(2) From this point, an optional loop can be made to the south: turn right, follow the Valserine, then turn left to return to La Platière.
(2) Then continue straight ahead to the junction at the start.
(1) Turn right to climb almost to the D991 road.
(7) Cross the Mathy path, pass under Les Loges, then descend towards the tennis courts – the starting point.
