La Gentiane restaurant welcomes you in a friendly mountain atmosphere.
With the aim of "bringing life back to the village" all year round, and enlivening this pretty spot in Menthières on weekends, Sandy and Boris are delighted to welcome you around their table; they prepare home-cooked dishes such as traditional raclette, Swiss fondue and malakoffs, using local produce, and reserve some very pleasant musical evenings for you.
The bar-restaurant welcomes you from 6pm on Friday evening to 6pm on Sunday evening. Open from 9am on Saturday and Sunday mornings for a coffee or aperitif.
During the winter season, the restaurant is open every day during the school vacations, depending on the opening of the ski resort. In summer, La Gentiane is open every day from July 1 to the end of August, to welcome hikers on the GTJ route, who are offered overnight accommodation and half-board.
