Gaec du Ban du char

In the heart of the Valserine Valley, the bells of montbéliarde cows ring out from the Ban du Char farm, where PDO milk is produced for the famous Bleu de Gex and Comté cheeses.

They also offer meat for direct sale by reservation. Their meat is cut, vacuum-packed and labeled by professionals from the Bellegarde abattoir, and you can collect it directly from the farm.
