First artisanal beer-making workshop in the Pays de Gex, Bière yourself is the place to come to learn how to brew your own beer. The workshop is fun and relaxed.
After you have picked your favourite beer from the recipe book, you will carry out all the steps of brewing your beer yourself, from crushing the malt to bottling, and leave with 20 bottles (10 litres). Maxime will be happy to share his precious advice as a brewer and will be able to give his workshops in French, English or Spanish.
Beer Yourself will soon be offering beer tasting workshops lasting 2 hours (sight, smell, taste,...).
Host portrait: A former IT executive at a major French bank in Paris, on returning to my native region, I decided to launch brewing workshops so that I could share my passion for craft beer and its local ingredients with as many people as possible.Loving people and enjoying making my own beer, it was only natural that the Biere Yourself adventure began in 2018!
Sustainable tourism: At Biere Yourself, you'll only find local beers from the Auvergne Rhone Alpes region. In fact, you'll find either beers brewed on site with the most local ingredients you can find, or craft beers from other breweries in the region only!

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10.30 am and 1 pm and between 4 pm and 8 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
