Discover a variety of yoga classes suitable for all levels and ages in the Pays de Gex.
Enjoy Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation sessions for adults, as well as specific pre/postnatal classes in groups or privately. Offer your children from 6 years old a fun approach to yoga, and teenagers adapted sessions. Take part in our Conte-Yoga family workshops for an enriching experience. Join our group classes at Cessy/Prévessin or opt for personalized private sessions.
