Discover artisanal goat’s cheeses, crafted with passion on the farm. Available directly from the farm, as well as in cheese shops and at local markets, they embody all the expertise and authenticity of the region.
This Jura farmhouse, built in 1852, once housed a few cows. Gaëlle and Frédéric immediately saw it as the ideal place to set up their farm. Their farm is situated at an altitude of 1,000 metres in Menthières, a hamlet in the commune of Chézery-Forens (Ain). The Menthières plateau has few houses but vast natural meadows, allowing them to graze their herd in the traditional way. Their first cheeses have been available to taste since March 2016! With the birth of the kids, the goats produce their first litres of milk, which they process and mature on the farm. To cater for all tastes, they offer lactic cheeses (from fresh to dry), sérac and goat’s milk tommettes matured in a natural cellar.
