This collective accommodation keeps its vocation as a holiday centre and opens its doors to other groups. It is rented on a self-catering basis. The little extra: it is approved by the Jeunesse et Sports.

The association "Soleil & Joie", composed only of volunteers, manages this building in an eco-responsible approach: recent installation of a wood pellet boiler, improvement of insulation, renovation and continuous maintenance of facilities.
