Vacancéole – Résidence Les Monts Jura

Located in Lélex, the Vacancéole Les Monts Jura residence is set in a pristine natural environment, close to shops and hiking trails. Free shuttle buses run to the ski resort during the winter. The Monts Jura ski area (Lélex-Crozet sector) offers 60 km of trails in a mountainous setting with views of the Alps and is located along the Grande Traversée du Jura (GTJ) route.

The residence offers apartments that can accommodate 4 to 8 people. An outdoor pool is available during the summer season. Ski lockers are available subject to availability. Free private outdoor parking is available. Outdoor grills and a large area equipped with picnic tables round out the amenities. An area with a children’s play area, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table is also available.

In summer, the destination offers direct access to hiking in the Haut-Jura, mountain biking on the Lélex-Crozet trails, high-altitude trail running, and a 900-meter-long giant zip line. Walks along the Valserine River, Lake Divonne, and adventure courses further enrich the experience, as do exploring the village of Lélex, meeting its artisans, and visiting the local cheese dairy, or taking a trip to the Col de la Faucille and neighboring Switzerland.

In winter, the Lélex-Crozet ski area offers downhill skiing on 60 km of trails, cross-country skiing at the Vattay-Valserine site, and snowshoe trails in the nature park. Sledding, beginner areas, and the Mijoux ice rink round out the family-friendly offerings, while the Mijoux mural trail and visits to Fort l’Écluse or the Haut-Jura Park Visitor Center add a cultural dimension to the stay.
