Sound Vibration & Mantra Workshop open to anyone who wants to discover the vibrational power of the Sanskrit language, whose structured sounds lengthen the breath, calm the mind and revive inner joy.
The mantra, the vibratory force of sound, in which energy is embedded, is a tool for protecting the mind from the constant agitation it undergoes. Through repetition, the reciter simultaneously emits and receives the subtle sound vibration of the mantra, which is like a thread woven between him and the Sacred. The magic of silence and unity occurs when the repetition ceases. The mantra has nothing religious about it, but connects us to the sacred dimension of life.
