An evening of reunion at the theatre promises to be rich in emotion, with a festive atmosphere that will whet your appetite for the rest of the year! On the programme: presentation of the shows, appearances by some of the artists on stage and the season's opening performance. This evening will not leave you indifferent!
New this year: you may not leave empty-handed, as there will be lots of prizes to be won!
And above all, don’t leave without saying goodbye! Take the time to share a friendly aperitif with us!
Show:
Extase en contrepoints
Bach meets whirling
Beyond artistic and spiritual boundaries, Extase en contrepoints offers an immersion into a space where music invites the body into a trance, in a spiral reflecting the movements of the cosmos. United by an ostinato of cyclical motifs, pianist Joanna Goodale and dancer Nour Gebrael weave links between the worlds of Bach and the Sufis, inspired by the whirling of the dervishes.
A French-Swiss pianist of Anglo-Turkish origin, Joanna Goodale stands out for her eclectic and innovative career, linking the classical repertoire with the sacred music of the East.
Nour Joseph Gebrael is a Lebanese-French dancer, turner, video artist, choreographer and teacher.
‘A whirlwind of beauty!’
