Coming from a family of seamstresses and fascinated by Renaissance drapery, she has developed a unique perspective on fabrics and their cultural significance.
Her work celebrates women and cultural diversity through fabrics from five continents. Using dry pastels, she brings fabrics to life, transforming them into emotional textures: Indian saris, Japanese kimonos, lace, floral turbans…
