Let's explore primitive reflexes! What if a few movements could help us better understand our bodies, our children… and ourselves?
After taking some time to simply learn about primitive reflexes and the impact they can have on our daily lives, we’ll move on to hands-on activities—all in a fun and friendly atmosphere!
On the agenda: games, movement, experiments, and plenty of interaction to discover exercises that are easy to do at home, with the kids or as a family. A fun break to take care of yourself and support your children as they learn, improve their concentration, coordination, listening skills, and communication—all while building their confidence and self-esteem. We’ll move, experiment, have fun… and most importantly, discover together!
