Join us for Printemps des poètes at Le Châtelard media library! Slam, concert, show and exhibition on the theme of "La liberté. Force vive déployée".
On the program:
Music: Pas/sage, from rap tradition to classical violin – Thursday, March 12 at 8:30 pm
Hip-hop, classical music and polyglot philosophy.
Last November, the town of Ferney-Voltaire welcomed 3 artists from different musical backgrounds and practices: Dr Koul, rapper-poet-performer with the Geneva-based group Captains of the Imagination, his brother Julian Azkoul, violin soloist and director of a chamber orchestra in London, and Zac Wolf, beatmaker. Tonight’s “Pas/sage” concert will be an opportunity to discover the fruit of this confluent work.

Music: Slampéro – opening with Kandid – Friday March 13 at 6pm
The new Slam workshop takes up residence at the Théâtre Le Châtelard and presents its premiere, in collaboration with Kandid, Swiss francophone slam champion. Slampéro – mots scandés, verres partagés is a time for free writing, followed by an open stage where every voice finds its place. Come and present a text, or just listen!

Exhibition: Poetic Leporellos – Tuesday March 17 to Saturday March 28
Exhibition of Leporellos, poetic accordion books created during Joëlle Gagliardini’s “le goût du bleu” drawing-writing workshop.

Reading: Special poetry reading club – Tuesday March 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Musical show: Pom’Pomme – Saturday March 21 at 10 a.m.
The Rayon de Lune company tells the story of some very unusual apples in music and song. An adventure that follows the cycle of life, the renewal of nature and the unexpected arrival of a happy event.
