Come and discover our seasonal vegetables and our trout, farmed in harmony within an aquaponics system just a stone’s throw from Geneva. Here, sustainable farming is part of our daily lives: water is carefully conserved, there is no discharge of effluent, and our produce is 100% free from pesticides, insecticides and antibiotics. It’s an innovative and environmentally sound model that we invite you to come and see for yourself.
