The Défi du Fort is a unique race in an exceptional setting! Its 12- or 19-kilometre route combines roads and paths, wide tracks and single tracks.
Starting from the village of Léaz, the route passes through spectacular landscapes, particularly near the listed site of the Vierge de Léaz, which overlooks the Rhône and the Fort l’Ecluse gorge. But the highlight of this trail is the passage through the incredible underground gallery of the Fort and its 917 steps.
