Denis Zardi: For peace
Denis Zardi on piano and Filippo Mazzoli on flute.
Denis Zardi, pianist and composer, divides his artistic career between solo performances and chamber music, performing for prestigious music institutions across Italy, Europe, the United States, and South America. He has collaborated with renowned orchestras such as Camerata Musicale di Pisa, the “Francesco Durante” Orchestra of Naples, the Padova e del Veneto Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Mariani, and LaCorelli from Ravenna. As a solo pianist, he has won over 20 first prizes in national and international competitions, particularly recognized for interpretations of Schumann, Liszt, and Rachmaninoff. With the Rotterdam Youth Symphony Orchestra, he performed Scriabin’s “Prometheus” at the Gergiev Festival. He collaborates regularly with flutist Filippo Mazzoli, recording for DaVinci Publishing. With the Ensemble Istantanea in Bologna, he dedicates himself to contemporary repertoire, performing both new compositions and 20th-century classics. He currently teaches piano at the “Buzzolla” Conservatory in Adria.
