Blue Week: activities for senior citizens

The independent living facility offers several activities open to Ferney seniors as part of Gerontology Week, with the theme ‘Ageing: a strength to be shared’.
On the programme:
Every morning: open house over coffee
Monday 6 October at 7pm: lecture and introduction to hip-hop
Tuesday 7 October at 5pm: introduction to yoga
Wednesday 8 October at 12pm: performance by Les Ateliers Buissonniers
Thursday, 9 October at 12 p.m.: shared meal
Thursday, 9 October at 5:30 p.m.: gentle gymnastics
Friday, 10 October at 7 p.m.: dance party
