The Valserine valley can be explored by sleigh, revealing the idyllic setting of the Christmas story in a timeless experience.
Meet Nicolas and his horses in the morning at the Ferme Equit'able des Monts Jura. Here you'll get to know them and your sledging companions for a magical three-quarters of an hour. Once you've settled into your carriage, your horse will gradually pick up speed in the majestic setting of the Valserine valley. If there's no snow, you'll have the pleasure of exploring the valley in a horse-drawn carriage. Nicolas will guide you and tell you all about the history of the valley and its pastoral traditions on this timeless journey.
The carriage holds 4 to 5 passengers: 2 adults and 2 children (3 children if under 10).
Booking required, departures at 10am and 11.15am.
A qualified mountain leader and holder of a Master's degree in Sports Management from ESG Paris, Nicolas has been organizing and managing the entire Nature et Immersion business since 2008, including activities at Fort l'Ecluse Aventure in Leaz. At the same time, he helps companies design and organize team-building events.
Nicolas works with Comtois draught horses, preserving the Comtois breed and raising public awareness of the animal's well-being and respect for good practices with the living world.
