We all think we know how to ride a bike! But mountain biking in a natural environment requires you to master a large number of techniques. Our aim is to give you rapid access to this learning process in complete safety.
Topics covered:
– Riding position and bike set-up
– Positioning the rider on the bike according to circumstances
– Learning to brake / emergency braking
– Passing on a slope/steep incline
– How to take a bend correctly
– How to lift a front wheel: passing natural obstacles (rocks, roots, etc.)
– mandatory helmet
-gloves recommended
– additional protections may be required depending on the level of the course requested.
