Is your child a nature-loving adventurer? Here's a tailor-made activity for them!
This winter, the instructors from the International Ski School of La Faucille – Mijoux – La Vattay will accompany children aged 6 and over on an exciting treasure hunt, discovering the tracks and clues left by local wildlife and exploring the surrounding flora.
On the programme:
During a guided hike, children will solve riddles to become experts on the natural environment of the Jura Mountains (What does the Western capercaillie eat? What’s the difference between a spruce and a fir tree? etc.), and they will also learn how to build an igloo or a shelter (outside the Nature Reserve).
All of this takes place in full respect of the regulations in force in this protected area, offering a perfect way to spark the curiosity of young explorers during these afternoon adventures!
