Marche nordique avec Didier Marinet

It is a fun and healthy activity. The Nordic walking, with the sticks used properly, will help you to strengthen your muscles, to improve your endurance, to ease your joints and to increase your energy expenditure.

There are sessions that will last 2 hours located in the middle of the nature to practice this activity while admiring different landscapes. The Nordic walking can be practiced in a group in order to have a lot of great and friendly moments. The place will be chosen the day before depending on the weather forecast and the progress of the sessions. The registration beforehand is mandatory.
