Pumptrack

An ideal playground for experimenting with bumps and banked turns. It's a fun way to improve your cycling skills.
Pumptracks are generally accessible to all skill levels, from beginners to more experienced cyclists, promoting an inclusive and safe environment. In addition to developing endurance and coordination, Pumptracks offer an excellent opportunity for young people to exercise outdoors. What's more, these tracks can be used by other types of wheeled equipment, such as scooters and skateboards, increasing their appeal and versatility.
Tips and safety instructions for experienced cyclists, to ensure that pedalling remains a pleasure:
For children under 12:
Helmet mandatory (with your head well protected, it’s a safe adventure!)
Bike gloves (for a good grip and hands in superhero mode)
Sunglasses (style and protection, a winning combo).
Maximum visibility:
Reflective safety vest mandatory outside built-up areas at night or in bad weather (shine brightly to be seen!).
No music while riding:
No headphones, earpieces or phones in your ear (stay focused, the road is serious business).
Respect the Highway Code:
Safety and courtesy for you and other road users (a little gesture, a lot of respect).
Cyclists and motorists: the road is more beautiful when we respect each other.
Pay attention to the weather:
In the mountains, conditions can change rapidly (wear the right gear and stay safe).
Ride safely and enjoy your cycling adventure to the full!
