Located rue de la mairie, opposite the place des commerces, the municipal library is a quiet and family place. You will be greeted by a municipal officer and volunteers. The library offers nearly 5,000 books for all tastes: detective novels, novels, youth and adult comics, documentaries, history, geography, animals, biographies, psychology… The Cessy library works with the BDP de l'Ain (Bibliothèque Départementale de Prêt), thus allowing, in addition to purchases, the regular renewal of works. A children’s corner with carpet and adapted furniture has been arranged.
