Our mission is to support you in the development of your teams' skills through dynamic and meaningful activities for experiential learning. We offer several programs that can be adapted to your needs/objectives and thus allow you to strengthen relationships at work for better team performance.
Our goal is that you will have lasting results on your teams and that the qualities acquired/developed during these Team Building/Team Development days will be applied in the life of the company. Our activities are accessible to all and adaptable according to the size of the group and the location.
– A half or full day of Team Building activities outdoors or indoors
– A half-day of Team Development with educational and experiential activities, followed by debriefing moments for a 360° feedback and a lasting experience.
– A full day of Team Development training, which allows the integration of different coaching methods and models through experiential learning.
We also offer special coaching for Via Ferrata.
