Oldelaf – Solo

For 15 years, Oldelaf’s stage performances featured him surrounded by four exceptional musicians and actors with whom he performed all over the world—even in the Vendée. But following medical advice, the four were forced to take a break to undergo restorative psychotherapy. Oldelaf decided this was his chance to do what he’d never dared to do before: change his style, certainly, but also go on a solo tour. What a challenge for him, a lover of group adventures.

But what a blessing, too, to be able to reconnect with his first love: We’re used to seeing him hide behind a guitar—he’s always been that way—but what’s less well known is that as a 14-year-old kid, he started out as a bar pianist. His first songs, his first concerts—they all took place behind a piano!
