Interview with Jacky Durand, food writer and novelist
Reporter and culinary journalist at Libération for 25 years, where he created the culinary column "Tu Mitonnes", writer and author of several books about terroirs, food and cooking, Jacky Durand will talk about his current literary projects: "Les beignets de ma mère", published by Flammarion on June 3, and "Soleil d'or", published in paperback by Folio on June 4.
We’ll also be talking about the recipe collection “Mange ta peine” (“Eat your punishment”) by the prisoner Moben, post-faced by Jacky Durand.
