Antoine Choplin is the author of some twenty novels, short stories and poetry collections, in which he often focuses on ordinary people and shows how fate sometimes leads them to take the side of the righteous and thus, almost by chance, to play a part in the grand sweep of history…
Examples include *Une forêt d’arbre creux*, *Quelques jours dans la vie de Tomas Kusar*, *Le Héron de Guernica* and *La nuit tombée*.
The bookshop will be hosting him to discuss his latest publications: his novel *La barque de Masao* and his poetry collection *Androsace*.
