Theseus, Prince of Athens, sets sail for Crete to face the Minotaur, lurking deep within the Labyrinth. Ariadne, daughter of Minos, will help him in his quest, but will the hero prove himself worthy of her love? Antoine Noyer, storyteller and musician, and Sébastien Brunel, painter, invite you on a journey to the heart of the myth.
The images painted before you by Sébastien transform as the story is told and set to music by Antoine. Instruments and percussion from around the world, samples and singing become the soundtrack to a unique and ephemeral fresco.
Music, Narration:
Antoine Noyer, vocals, udu, balafon, duduk, aulos, carcabous, kalimba, derbouka, body percussion, looper
Painting:
Sébastien Brunel
