Behind Les Burgers de Bidou are Audrey and Franky, two complementary personalities united by a common desire: to offer a different kind of fast food, rooted in short supply chains and local flavours.
The unusual meats (zebu, bison, Black Angus, veal) come from committed local partners. The colourful buns are made by a baker based in Ségny, with recipes tailored to each burger. Everything is homemade, using fresh, local, regional or cross-border produce.
