To mark the release of his new crime novel ‘La secte’ (The Cult), published by Rosie&Wolfe, Nicolas Feuz will be presenting his book at a book signing event.
Between 1994 and 1997, the Order of the Solar Temple (OTS) claimed 74 victims aged between 3 months and 79 years old in massacres carried out in Quebec, Switzerland and France. Following the events in Vercors in December 1995, a French parliamentary inquiry report classified the OTS as a cult.
Thirty years later, six people, including Geneva inspector Ana Bartomeu (Le Philatéliste), find themselves trapped in a high-mountain refuge in the Valais Alps, in the middle of a snowstorm, with no telephone network or Wi-Fi. What was presented to them as a fitness course turns into a nightmare. Suspicious deaths follow one after another. Behind this series of unexplained suicides looms a shadow: that of the star Sirius. And the OTS.
