Show: Bête Beurk
The Wednesday 05 November at 15 a.m00
Théâtre et Cinéma Le Bordeau 18 rue de Genève 01630 Saint-Genis-Pouilly
Between false reality and true fiction, Fred David conjures up a story about the creation of the world from his imagination.
A flat planet, flat as a pancake…
That’s how it all begins…
Let’s visit both sides, if you like…
One is dry, the other wet: And that’s when the madness begins…
A disgusting beast created by our monsters and contemporary fears…
A BEURK beast that devours everything in its path… A princess named Marjolaine, as beautiful and kind as she is naive. And so begins an unlikely encounter! And the world changes… Until when??? Isn’t the BEURK BEAST still hiding in our heads?
La Cie Monde à Part creates shows at the crossroads of street theatre and contemporary storytelling. Working with the spoken word, it also embraces object theatre and other forms. It invites audiences to question their place in the world and their relationships with others. These are shows that shake us up, make us laugh and cry, scratch us and revolt us.
