Come and enjoy a meal with Rémy Tranchida, a Ferneysian who will be presenting his unusual career path as a chef.
After working in school catering and then in prestigious gastronomic institutions, he created Switzerland’s first 100% plant-based university restaurant in Lausanne. He teamed up with Laurence Froidevaux, a nutritionist and keen sportswoman, to write ‘Ma cuisine végétale’ (My plant-based cuisine), a book published by Éditions 41 featuring 140 easy, entirely plant-based recipes. Discussion and tasting on the menu!
