In tomorrow's world, where hybrid threats, internal tensions and destabilising manoeuvres are on the increase, how can we strengthen our individual and collective resilience?
How can we preserve our business cohesion in a context of growing tensions? During this inter-company training session, you will be coached by leaders in their field who are experts in emotional intelligence. They have the experience to push back all your boundaries to create an exclusive universe, perfectly in tune with your image, in phase with the key ‘value’ of your women and men, the real operational driving force of your company.
Coached by military or ex-military personal development professionals, you will learn to surpass yourself through a series of physical and mental challenges, enhanced by techniques to optimise your potential. You will then be placed in real-life transformation situations that will enable you to consolidate and strengthen your management and leadership qualities.
The session is aimed at men and women with the following status: student, socio-professional with responsibility, entrepreneur, manager or team leader. You need to be in good physical condition.
Fort l'Ecluse is a magnificent fortified building overlooking the Rhône between Switzerland and France. A strategic site with a view of Mont Blanc, and the scene of centuries of confrontations, the Fort has been completely restored after being closed down in the 1970s. A visit to the Fort combines culture, sport and nature. The Fort is also a site for the protection and reproduction of bats.
