The Faucille chalet
Take a gourmet break in the heart of the Col de la Faucille and discover a selection of local products, homemade specialties to enjoy on the spot, and a lineup of fun activities throughout the year.
Le Chalet de la Faucille showcases the flavors of the region through a grocery store offering local products from producers within an 80-km radius: cheeses, cured meats, honey, beers, wines, and other regional specialties. A selection of souvenirs and handcrafted items rounds out the offerings. Most products are also available for order through the online store.
For a break along the way or after a hike, the snack bar offers food to enjoy on-site or take out, prepared using ingredients from the shop: appetizer platters, michons, croque-monsieurs, hot dogs, sandwiches, brownies, blueberry pies, and grilled dishes, depending on the season.
