Gessienne distillery

Whether it's organic verbena from the south of France, genepi from the Alps or lemon from Menton, every sip will transport you! The plants and fruits that Yohann and Sophie macerate are almost all organically grown.

All liqueurs are made exclusively from local spring water, and thanks to their partners, every glass you drink is a source of history. With a degree in chemistry and a diploma from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust via the Ecole du Vin et des Spiritueux de Paris, Yohann has put all his knowledge and passion into creating his liqueurs.

From 01/01 to 24/12/2024, every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Visit of the workshop, tasting and access to the store by appointment only.
Closed in August.
