An active walk with a dog: after a presentation of the dogs, you fit your dog with a pulling harness, and yourself with a belt adapted to this activity. Younger children can accompany you in a cani-trailer.
Ideally located in the Jura, at the foot of the Col de La Faucille and less than 1 hour from Geneva-Cointrin international airport (39 km) or Lausanne (76 km), Gérard Baldensperger offers activities with sled dogs in the superb Valserine valley.
Each adult or teenager will be in charge of his or her own dog, and children will be in teams of 2.
Each participant will need at least trainers, or better still walking shoes, and a bottle of water.
For the cani-trailer, the dogs pull the trailers in which the children (aged 2 to 5 maximum) are seated (only 1 child per trailer).
The parents manage the trailer or are on a cani-rando.
The musher gives explanations and instructions on the activity, you fit the dogs with harnesses, you fit yourself with belts specific to the activity.
